Tom Miranda

With roots as a fur trapper, which fostered an early love for the outdoors, Tom Miranda turned his school boy trapline into a dream career bowhunting on ESPN television. Of course, Tom Miranda is no stranger to bowhunters. As Bowhunting Safari Consultant's newest adviser, Tom brings his wisdom of 30 years traveling the globe in pursuit of big game.

Most known for his role as ESPN Outdoors bowhunting pro, Tom has sustained a 20 plus year career in television – bowhunting with a video camera "over his shoulder." An accomplished archer, Miranda has taken nearly sixty whitetails with his bow. Tom has also completed his Archery Grand Slam of Sheep and the Super Slam (29 North America species). Tom has also taken four of the Big Six dangerous game in Africa along with a large compliment of plains game.

His bowhunting diversity, coupled with a sincere dedication to bring educational, ethical and high quality television programs to promote bowhunting's future, make Tom Miranda a welcomed addition to the staff of BSC.
